By the power of our Heavenly Father,
the authority of our Savior Jesus Christ,
and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit:
We commission you
Because we know you to be a woman of God
with a pure heart to serve the Lord, Christ
with a strong will to obey the Heavenly Father
and with an inspiration from the Holy Spirit
to give grace.
Accepting the anointing we offer
that extends rearward through the laying on of
hands
to Christ and the first disciples and
forward to eternity.
We commission you
To tell the good news that Christ receives
sinful men and women
and transforms their lives by his love, grace
and forgiveness
to become sons and daughters of God,
inheriting eternal life.
We commission you
with our promise
to pray for your physical and spiritual
welfare
to be proud of you as a servant of God
and to offer you our friendship and any
guidance
and comfort that we have the resources to
give.
